hours' at the Panthepath Cell Center auditorium in the capital on Friday
(January 19th) at the Holistic Healthcare Center.
Speaking on
the occasion, Abu Sayeed Khan said that people are moving away from different
types of exercise and meditation. On the other hand, the dependence of the drug
companies on the aggressive commercial policies of the people is increasing day
by day. According to the chief guest, there are various side effects of
consuming those drugs. Which is extremely harmful to public health.
He added
that this would require a war against drug dependency in the public interest.
He also said that war would be to raise awareness on how to reduce the use of

Holistic
Healthcare Center Director Dr. Govinda Chandra Das, who was the chief talk at
the event, said that diabetes is not a fatal disease. But all diseases serve as
symptoms. With a standardized lifestyle, a person with diabetes can achieve a
healthy percentage of longevity. Without the use of drugs, it is possible to
control diabetes in just 72 hours through exercise, diet management, he said.
Dr. Govinda
Chandra Das also said that there are a number of patients at Holistic Health
Care Center who have been unable to control diabetes even after using drugs or
insulin for a long time. After teaching these patients some specific techniques
and procedures, their diabetes is now in complete control. The professor called
for spreading the technique to everyone.
Attending
the event, Mahindra Nath, a retired professor at Private College, said he had
been suffering from diabetes for a long time. He used to take 56 units of
insulin daily. Currently he is healthy through exercise and diet management
without insulin and drugs.
