What to do before giving blood to others? These 5 things must be kept in mind
Most donors
donate blood as a social work, but some people donate blood for professional
donors, that is, money or an allowance. Again the donor can get blood for his
future needs.
How long a
donor can donate blood depends on what he is donating to and the law of the
country in which blood donation is being completed. However, every four months,
ie, after 120 days, new blood is formed in the human body.
But these
are the things to keep in mind before giving blood-
1. Before
donating blood, read the rules of the Red Cross Society, find out if you are
suitable for donating blood. Donors own initiative should know what kind of
disease a person cannot donate if he or she does not donate blood.
2. Usually
the staff of the concerned departments came to get blood from the Government
Blood Bank. But still, it's best to know before giving blood. It is good to
avoid hearing people coming from a bogus private blood bank.
3. Although
donating blood in very trusted and well-known places, be sure to use a new
syringe before blowing the syringe. And after your blood is taken, notice if
the syringe is being dropped.
4. It should
never go to give blood on an empty stomach. You should drink water well before
giving blood and avoid tea and coffee as much as possible.
5. Most
blood donation camps provide some food after donation. Normally, after giving
blood, the salt has to eat some food. Fruit juice, cookies, etc. can be eaten.
