The maximum dose of paracetamol is four grams per day. But if a person has liver, heart and kidney complications, then you should consult a doctor before taking paracetamol.

Pain killer cannot be taken for pain in the legs if you have dengue fever. Taking pain killer medicine during dengue can cause bleeding.
