We all like to eat meat less and more. Great source of meat,
protein and healthy fats. Both of these nutrients are very important to our
body. So of course meat should be a part of your diet. Do you know, however,
how beneficial this meat really is for our bodies? Meat is a high-protein diet
and does not work properly in the body's metabolism. Many have no problem after
eating meat, while many may feel discomfort after eating meat.

Stomach

After eating meat, the stomach may feel cramped or swollen, as

is used to produce serotonin in the body. This causes fatigue and drowsiness.

meat. This can put us in great discomfort. According to a study, men who eat
excessive red meat have an increased risk of developing a painful inflammatory
condition in the colon called diverticulitis, which can lead to severe
abdominal pain and nausea.
