Causes of irregular menstruation and what to do

Irregular menstruation is a common problem in women's bodies. Generally, a menstrual period, which occurs within 21 days to 35 days after the start of the menstrual cycle in a woman's life. And if it is before 21 days or after 35 days, it is called irregular menstruation.
Irregular menstruation usually occurs at the beginning of puberty and at the end of puberty.
